Shipping policy

Every order from Mase & Co Boutique ships free of charge to your doorstep.

Once your order has been placed, we typically require 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) to process it. Once processed, delivery usually takes 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday). The total delivery time (processing + shipping) is therefore typically 5–12 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Carriers

Every order is shipped with a fully tracked service. The carrier is selected per order based on the destination and the most efficient route.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, which you can follow via our Track Your Order page on the Mase & Co Boutique website.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum order value required. The price you see is the price you pay no shipping or handling fees are added at checkout.

Where Do We Ship?

We ship to the United States only.

Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays from incorrect address information.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@maseandcoboutique.com If confirmed lost in transit, we offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT-06:00) on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on a weekend or public holiday, begin processing on the next business day.
